![]() First and foremost I chopped off my all of my hair. I've been thinking about taking the plunge for a while now, and finally decided to go ahead and do it (my hair is wavy in this pic, I normally wear it straight). I got an A-line bob. My hair stylist didn't go super short in the back. She wanted me to get a feel for the style, and said I can always get it cut shorter if I want to at my next visit. Well....I definitely want to go shorter. I love the length in the front, but I want it shorter in the back. We'll see how long I last before I get fed up and go in to get it taken care of, lol. ![]() ![]() I have a feeling we'll be spending many days this summer at the lake. It was the perfect day (well, it would have been the perfect day if it were only a couple of degrees warmer). The boys spent most of their time in the water. It was really cute to watch them get more brave as the day progressed. They started out playing on the shore, and slowly made their way out into deeper waters. John and I took turns playing with Jackson and watching the boys. Jackson did not go into the water today as I thought it was too cold, but maybe he'll get a taste the next time we go. An update on the housing situation: John sent our landlord a letter letting him know that we are extremely disappointed with everything that is happening. We let him know that we believe he acted fraudulently by not fully disclosing the default on the home. We also told him how much money we believe we deserved in order to vacate ("cash for keys"). His response? To completely ignore everything John said. Literally. It was like we were having two different conversations. He said he'd be more then willing to add a "Do Not Disturb Occupants" sign on the "For Sale" sign out front....okay....not something we even brought up, but whatever. John found later this week that the foreclosure on the home has been pushed until the end of June. I have a sinking suspicion that they're pushing the foreclosure so that they don't have to pay us any money to leave. ![]()
