If you have ever met my son, Christian, you know the kind of chaos he can create. If you haven't, let me give you an example. Yesterday, Christian was bored and decided to stuff the toilet with paper towels. The toilet was so full that it looked like the towels had soaked up all of the water. I was able to get them all out of the toilet, but for some reason it's draining slow. John thinks he may have shoved a toy down there. I wouldn't put it past him. Then, he peed on the deck, on his bed, on the floor of his bedroom, on the floor next to the toilet, and on the floor in the living room. I have no idea why he's doing this. He has been going potty in the toilet for about two weeks now. I think he knows it drives me insane, and is trying to send me to the loony bin. Next, he found our [nearly] $10 diaper rash cream (Mustela Vitamin Barrier Cream) and proceeded to empty it's contents on his hands, arms, legs, and chest (at least his body will be super soft and rash free). But one of the more interesting things that happened, took place when John came home from work; for some reason our son likes coffee (no joke). If you leave your coffee in arms reach, Christian will drink it. John forgot this, and left has Starbucks iced venti coffee on the table in the living room, Christian drank it (only a couple of sips, don't want ya to think he sucked down the whole thing). How many two year olds do you know that like coffee? Well, now you know at least one....you're welcome :) I don't want it to sound like Christian is out of control, most days are pretty subdued in the Bauson home. However, we also have days when the kids decide to shake it up a bit. Yesterday was one of those days. ps.....for you Giants fans, if you're anything like me, last night was super depressing. Keep your heads up. As John said to me last night, while I was wallowing in my sorrow, there's still two games left. It wouldn't be Giants baseball if they didn't take it to seven games. Don't stop believing :) (btw...Manny is starting to memorize this song. That's how often we listen to it here) Labels: update
